"The undisputed Queen of high heels, Victoria Beckham, has been banned from wearing her favourite shoes to New York Fashion Week.
After suffering a slipped disc following the birth of daughter Harper Seven in July, the 37-year-old designer is under doctor's orders to avoid stilettos.
In what must be a fashion first, Mrs Beckham will launch a post-baby fashion comeback from her usual height."
